Would my build have any heating issues?

Hi, I was wondering if my build would have any heating issues? Also should I change anything? Like the CPU's, 8320 to 6300? I heard that the more cores the better, because games will require more cores in the future. Thanks http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2m1gG I already have the HDD's, GPU, and PSU. lol, do you think I would have heat problems playing games??? And I am not buying this really any time soon, I am getting my price point then working and buying it. Also, I already own the HDD's, PSU, and GPU, so just ignore those, I entered them so you would know everything. Is there a see-able difference between the 6300, and the 8320? Is what I said about 8 cores better for the future true? Thanks for the help guys!

Edit: How about the 8120, or the 8150? OR the 6350? it has the same 1x8MB of L3 cache as the 8120.

Alright, updated build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2m7qN I swapped for the 6300, because it is better for the price, and speed. Will the stock cooler be fine for gaming? My case also comes with 2 fans in it I believe. I have a ton laying around but they might be kinda loud.

The 8320 costs $30 more, is it $30 faster? I saw about the same performance out of the 2, I was just wondering if the 8 core would be better for future games?

For games FX6300 is good one, I think the 8-core is waste of $$ for the games, even in the future games we never need those for games.
