Would my cpu bottle neck my system?

I'm thinging of buying a gtx 1060 3gb
My current gpu is a gtx 950 2gb and my cpu is an amd fx 6300 6-core.

Many people will tell you that you will get huge bottlenecks but the fact is that mostly you wont.
If you are going to play newest titles with high resolution and good details then perform OC to your CPU,
otherwise it will work fine with it.
