As mentioned above, there is no blanket answer. It all depends on resolution, graphical settings and games and bottlenecking doesn't even matter as long as you're receiving desired FPS.

I play 1080p on a 24" 144Hz monitor, game settings are usually mid-high. I have a second 27" 60Hz monitor where I usually have discord/web browser etc open.
