Question Would my CPU cooler block my ram slots?

So, I'm really looking forward into buying an aftermarket cooler, mounting it with the 2200g. Deepcool Gammaxx 400. But what I really worry about before buying it is that the cooler would block the dimm slots, I see these situations occur to alot of people, I don't wanna be one of them nor waste my money.

My motherboard will be x370m-pro4 (mATX) and my ram will be V-Gen Tsunami 8gb dual channel 3000mhz DDR4, what do you think will happen?

As I told you before, in another thread, there is plenty of room. Although those are tall modules, even a set of four Corsair Dominator platinum modules that are 55mm tall will work in any standard four slot board with the Gammaxx 400. It is about 15mm narrower than the 212 EVO, and that cooler works fine in similar configurations.
