Would my FPS increase if I buy a better processor?

Probably not that much. I would suggest that you buy GPU (graphic card) instead.
For about 150 you can get a GTX 1050ti:

What gpu are you running? A cpu upgrade can help if its bottle necking your gpu.

I will try it ^^ But I want to buy this processor because when I play BTF1, the game uses the 100% of my processor (BTF1 has a bad optimization right now) but is annoying af xD

Yea if your playing bf1 with a $100 Processor theirs no surprise your getting bad frames, whats your price range for upgrading?

I wouldn't buy FX because the are old now. Soon Ryzen is coming and Kaby Lake is already available so there are plenty of good CPUs out there...FX is not one of them.
Overclocking won't be a good idea either if you don't have an aftermarket CPU cooler.

I would recommend maybe something by intel, Maybe a i5-6500, or if you want an i3 maybe an i3-6100 which is alot cheaper than a i5-6500, or you could wait until the Ryzen and Kaby Lake processors are released

Maybe go for i3 7300 + a new motherboard + some ddr4 ram (because you can't use ddr3 with LGA 1151 mobos).

It will cost you probably around 250$, depends on how good board you want and how much RAM. Usually 8GB is enough.

Kaby lake is already OUT. Don't know why everyone keeps saying it isn't...
