Would my gaming fps increse

I got a phenom x4 965 3.8ghz oc Cpu and r9 280 3gb windforce + 8gb ddr3 ram and i get like 30fps in games like the witcher 3 and gta 5 on medium-high would a AMD procesor FX-Series FX-8320E increse my fps in gaming?

Well i guess about 5-10 fps

I saw some videos at youtube and i have to say maybe more than 10 FPS
