Would my GPU fit/compatible with my motherboard?

Hi guys, im planning to buy a palit gtx 650... I have a motherboard like this:

Would this card be compatible with my mobo? Also, would that graphics card would fit at my mobo physically? Im concerned about that "asus" box near the video card slot if you can see it in the picture.. Right now, i have gt 220 and it is fitted i wonder if it would still do the same with GTX 650..Thanks guys..

Yeh it will fit perfectly fine, the GTX 650 is a very short card
