would my GTX 750 OC be bottle necked?

hi so the question I need to ask is, I have a Inteal core 2 quad Q9400, I am possibly getting a EVGA GTX 750 OC 1GB soon, and want to know if my processor would bottleneck it.
and would a 500W PSU be enough for the graphics card?

Your aging quad core will be fine for the GTX 750. It can even keep up with much faster cards.
The 500W PSU will be fine, too. Depending on the make/model.
