Would my PC be compatible with a GTX 770?

Hi, I'm new here. I was wondering if the GTX 770 would be compatible with my PC.

Here are the specs:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHZ
GPU: GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Motherboard: ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX (not sure if this is compatible)
PSU: FSP 500W (i am aware i need to upgrade this to over 600W)
