Would my PSU support a new Graphics Card?

I'm planning on upgrading my graphics card to a HD 7870 from a 6670, but i'm not sure that my PSU will be able to support it and my other components. I was wondering if people could help me see if it is compatible, and if it isnt, any good recommendations for a different GPU/PSU.

Processor :- AMD FX 6100 3.6GHz

Graphics Card :- This Card

RAM :- 16GB DDR3 (2x8GB)

Motherboard :- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

PSU :- ACE ATX12V 650W

If you need any more info, I'll be able to supply it.

It should be ok, but that's a cheap PSU and it's a risk.
