Solution
What GPU are you planning or just sticking with the CPUs iGPU? If so you are fine - the 212 EVO can easily handle an OC up to about 4.6 with the 6700K. The PSU isn't the greatest in the world but more than sufficient for what you have and even with a midrange discrete GPU along with OCing

Specs look good for OC. If you can spare a few extra dollars, I highly recommend getting the faster Ripjaws V DDR4-3000 or 3200 kit. It's worth it: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/7411/skill-ripjaws-ddr4-3000-16gb-dual-channel-memory-kit-review/index.html

Hope this helps.

Psu not good enough. Upgrade it as gas as you can . With this cooler you might hit the boost clock at 4.2ghz with 75c .if you want further overclock you a water cooler (custom if you can) with a 240mm you will hit 4.5ghz at 70c with 360mm you will hit 4.8 GHz at 70c 1.45volts. Hope this helped

With my 6700k I couldn't get over 4.5ghz under water with 240mm radiator. The temps with the 212 evo should be around 70c at stocks. II don't think he gonna get to 4.6ghz.

Well then why you say he will get 4.6ghz since as you said he nigh not be the lottery winner. He can be a litter loser like what is happening with me and my chip. So you don't know how high a chip can go with each cooler so don't be specific in your answers. 😀
