Would my Zoostorm Evolve PC be able to run a Nvidia Geforce GTX 960?

I have a pre-build Desktop, and I need to know if my Zoostorm evolve can use a Nvidia Geforce GTX 960, here are the specs:

I wouldn't recommend it with that power supply. The GTX 960 needs 20A and a six pin connector, neither of which that unit has. You will need a higher capacity power supply. The quality of that unit is not great either, so even if it had the correct connector it would be ill advised to use it with any high end graphics card.
