Would putting these ram sticks together be fine?

I want to use a 8gb stick of Corsair vengeance ram model :
CMY16GX3M2C1866C10R
And 4GB Corsair vengeance ram model :
CMY8GX3M2A1600C9R
Both will be running at 1333mhz since my motherboard won’t allow any faster
Do you think this will work fine?

There is always a risk of compatibility issues when mixing up RAM. Also you will no longer be able to run in dual channel mode and will thus loose a bit of performance.

Also because you need 2 identical stick, and as already said by other, they are not tested to work together like the kits are.
