Would some of this GPUs run with an APU A4 4000?

I want to know that, can this GPUs run alongside this APU without making Bottleneck?
R7 250x 1GB DDR5 MSI - U$S 149
R7 260 1GB DDR5 MSI - U$S 159
GeForce GT740 2GB DDR5 MSI - U$S 149

And what would be the best option?

(My objectives aren't too much games, with Minecraft, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution and DB Xenoverse which will out in 2 days more, i'm okay <3)

itll bottlneck but it wont be bad go with the 250x instead of those its power ful and wont really be bottlenecked a lot

How about a Intel G1610 as CPU? (Obviously i changed the Mobo to a 1155 Intel Socket one, the ASROCK H61-MVG3)
Would it fit with, for example, a R7 250 2GB DDR3 and allow me to play those 3 games?
