Hi I am building a pc (link here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3C3Yt6 ) And I was wondering if the amd fx-8350 would be enough for recording, gaming, editing, and rendering. I am planning on recording gaming videos. Also will my amd fx-8350 bottleneck my evga gtx 970? Also I might overclock in the future :)
Thanks

Yes it will do those all fine. I suggest oc it, so it can help close the gap intel has in ipc. It should be plenty for a gtx 970.
You can even do all those things at same time ;)! Not as good as an i5 for gaming, but pretty darn close, you probably wouldn't even notice the difference, as its very capable of pushing 60+ FPS
