If you update your BIOS yes as it's on the supported CPUs list.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is supported but since this is a board that pre-dates the release of the 3rd gen Ryzen chips it may need a BIOS update. If you already have this board with a compatible chip update the BIOS, otherwise it's a chance

If you don't have an older gen Ryzen chip this won't work.
