Would the B85M-DS3H work with a 4690K?

Im upgrading from a Pentium G3258 OC'd and GTX 750TI to an i5-4690k and a R9-390. I was wondering if my current motherboard, the Gigabyte B85M-DS3H will work fine with the i5 at stock, I do plan on overclocking but as of now I dont have enough money. I Just want to make sure that this processor will run fine at stock on my budget board.

Yes. It will work and Overclocking is enough able just make sure you have the latest bios.
