Would the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in my Thermaltake VM30001W2Z?

I've got an 8-core AMD FX processor with a stock cooler and.. it's not working for me. The fan is obnoxiously loud and many graphics-intensive games cause my PC to crash due to the CPU overheating. I'm not even overclocking. The Cooler Master 212 EVO seems to be my best budget choice for aftermarket fans but I'm not sure if it'll fit. As mentioned, I have the Thermaltake VM30001W2Z. Any thoughts?

Thanks I did some searching and it seems that Turbo Boost mode was automatically over-volting the CPU. Turned that off and now I'm getting much more reasonable temperatures + no constant max fan speed. The CPU fan would still be great to splurge on though.
