Would the Intel i5-4590 be compatible with my computer

So I was wondering whether the Intel Core i5-4590 Haswell Quad-Core 3.3GHz LGA 1150 84W would be compatible with my motherboard which is a CN-088DT1 motherboard which has a LGA 1150 socket. Currently I also have only a 300W power source.

Would the i5 process be comptaible with my motherboard, socket, and would it be able to function with the current level of power supply?

Solution
as long as the socket is the same, which it is, its all fine, and i hope you dont have a GPU with that PSU.

So, yes your CPU will fit with the MoBo, and 300W is enough for a CPU.

Nothing yet. If I were, I've only planned for a low energy consumption or an upgrade on my PSU.
I was thinking about the EVGA 01G-P3-2730-KR GeForce GT 730 1GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Low Profile Ready Video Card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487053&nm_mc=OTC-Channel&cm_mmc=OTC-channel-_-Video+Card+-+Nvidia-_-EVGA-_-14487053&srccode=cii_7240466&cpncode=34-41205089&DEPA=0&refer=channel&CMP=OTC-)

Thanks 😀 I've gotten more help than a bargained for :)
