Would the XFX TS 550W fit my current tower?

I currently have a 350W Dell N250K (Model #: dps-360fb-1a) that just about fits my Dell Studio XPS 435mt. The sizes of my current PSU are varying by fractions of an inch throughout different references, but it fits very snugly, so every fraction counts. I am planning on buying the XFX TS 550W and just want to make sure that it fits. Thanks!

This is the smallest size power supply we make. Measuring "5.5" x 5.9" x 3.4""

it fits all standard PSU slots for width and dimension, the depth is the primary concern, but its the smallest we make.

Grab a tape measure real quick and measure it for yourself, it should fit.

Measure the screw hole distances against standard ATX mounting holes:
