Hey i Was about to buy a cheap pc when i managed to get just a little more budget
I am now looking at a 40k pc(thanks to info from i7baby)
I have chosen this pc
Kindly suggest any improvement if there are and tell me if these would go together i mean if theyd fittogether.
i trust on am3+ socket so it might be futureproof.......

Instead of fx4300(4-core), you can go for fx6300 (6-core) and split the RAM in 2X4GB (=8GB) as it will be faster on a dual channel chipset.

Form factor for 970A-G43 is ATX, so you will need a cabinet that can fit an ATX size motherboard in it.

would the parts fit and run together? also will any MID SIZE ATX TOWER CAN HOLD THESE?

The parts will fit in and work well.

all the AM3+ MoBo available in Flipkart are either ATX or Micro-Atx form factor. If you are ok with Micro-ATX then you can opt for ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
