Would this $700 build run games at 1080p 60fps High/Ultra?

I feel like I am missing a part..it feels too cheap. I have a max budget of $750 but want to include
tax with the price. I will get OS later.

You probably want an aftermarket air cooler. The Hyper 212 EVO is cheap and effective. A 250/500 GB SSD would compliment your build nicely as well. Probably 250 with your budget. Nice build.

pretty safe to say it will run high+. i'd recommend a better power supply though.

aftermarket cooler is optional. the stock one is ok, but noise levels are much higher with stock. the 212 evo is still a good recommendation as lower temps are always a plus.

an ssd is always a good option too, but you will go over budget doing a hdd/ssd mix.

personally, between the three, i believe priority should be
PSU>COOLER>SSD/HDD
in terms of a gaming computer.

It isn't cheap, it is very good. There's nothing wrong with it. I would switch the HDD for a SSD. While it feels cheap, this build is capable for entry level 4K gaming so, it ain't cheap.

While the 600b isn't amazing, it's a solid quality budget power supply. I wouldn't say it demands an upgrade, but if the budget allows it sure. And I wouldn't replace the HDD for an SSD, but just add an SSD later maybe if you can't afford it now.
