looking to buy a GT 1030 to play Valorant, csgo, games like these that dont require crazy specs you know.

my current specs are this-

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 @ 2.33GHz 38 °C
Conroe 65nm Technology
RAM
3.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 (5-5-5-15)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 0DR845 (CPU)
Graphics
DELL S2240M (1920x1080@60Hz)
Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family (Dell)
Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family (Dell)
Storage
931GB Hitachi HDS721010KLA330 ATA Device (SATA ) 49 °C

just want to know if the GT 1030 will be compatible with my PC, thanks!
 
Anything modern would not be compatible with your system.

However, you could get a cheap Core 2 Quad which would be alright for lesser demanding titles and better than your current core 2 duo.

After doing some research it seems like a Core 2 Quad Q6600.

Your 3gb total ram will be insufficient aswell. It is getting hard to find DDR2. expecially cheap.

Honestly, I wouldn't upgrade your current system and instead invest in something more modern.
