[SOLVED] Would this be a good deal for 32gb of ram?

So I saw this deal on Amazon which is freaking insane. 32gb of 2400 mhz ram DDR4 for only £150 brand new on Amazon UK!!! It is unreal. Is it a good deal? Should I get 3000 mhz ram better or with that amount of ram would it be fine? I plan to upgrade to Ryzen 3000 Cpus and have an RX 570 which I might upgrade later on but that's fine for now. I just thought this deal was too good to be true.

No. 2400mhz ram, hmm. That is not good for ryzen cous as they apparently need 3200mhz. 32gb is overkill anyways if you're only gaming.

Once you have enough RAM, more RAM doesn't help anything. If gaming, 16GB RAM is enough... for now. The only thing you would gain is the hope of future proofing, and we might see DDR5 before we need more than 16GB for gaming.

Okay guess I will just upgrade to 16gb then. I just wanted to be future proof in case I ever do streaming or video editing, etc. I want to get into video game design but then I might need a more powerful PC anyway.

Video editing large video files or large resolution videos could use more than 16GB. But for gaming, you won't really gain anything and would be better off with a faster 16GB kit.
