The x370 boards show better OC results, have better stability with high speed ram and have a better options layout. If you think of a B350 as being a plain Jane Asus board, decent and respectable, the X370 would be like the ROG series. For most ppl a B350 is fine, but if you really want to push that pc towards its limits, the X370 would be the better option.

SSD would definitely help, it affects games to varying degrees depending on the game, but has a much larger affect on anything else that's remotely connected to the OS, be it boot or Office or even websurfing.

Ryzen cpus are showing a higher degree of influence from high speed ram like 3200MHz, with the Samsung B dies (G-skill) holding top spot for stability. Difference between...
ye that will work fine, though you might want to add a ssd for windows and then use the hdd for games only.
Also you might aswell take the R5 1600(x) instead of 1700 to save some bucks, and game wise you wont lose any fps.

And something to note is that ryzen cpus love faster ram and the difference between 2133mhz and 3200mhz ram can be around 15-20fps. Although there are some issues with ryzen and faster ram and I dont know what the deal is with that precisely.

Also you dont really need a 750w psu a good 500w will do just fine for example a Seasonic m12ii evo 520w so maybe you can save some bucks there aswell. :)

it is pretty good, i suggest to get 500w psu instead, and probably get higher speed if you want but ryzen have some kind of issue with high speed ram if im not wrong ryzen having issue with 3000mhz or faster ram. i also suggest getting ssd for boot up, it helps a lot to reduce time when boot up
