Would this be a good gaming rig?

I'm trying to build a gaming rig that can at least play Skyrim and Left 4 Dead 1/2 on ultra. Any recommendations or options before I buy the part?

You should be able to play at Ultra or pretty close to Ultra settings

although it aint a promise. Maybe Put a few extra bucks to a little better vid card to be alright for the future and be sure to run on ultra(although price after rebate is very tempting 😛)

Pay a 5$ more and get like 2x4gb Ripjaws ram 1600 to replace the value ram

It'll be close. Note that those numbers are pretty playable but Skyrim hammers the CPU and they were using a higher end SB-E. Also doesn't say if they had they high texture pack installed.
