Question Would this be a good updgrade?

I was thinking of upgrading my pc from:
an Asus h81m-k,
i5-4460
and 12gb of ram ddr3 running at 1600mhz (one 8gb and one 4gb stick both hyperx)
I have a 980ti but I am not planning on upgrading it.

Hey, so I looked around a bit more and in a lot of places it seems to be out of stock in my country, are the other B450m motherboards any good? Or would there be any alternatives?
