Would this be good enough for gaming?

I'm on a tight budget and want to build a gaming PC. Also not planning on overclocking. The games I'll play the most are: Runescape, CoD4, League of Legends, and Minecraft. Also could you guys let me know if the build is compatible? If it isn't could you please give me something somewhat equivalent to replace the incompatible parts with please.

That is a 3 year old GPU. YOu should look at a 7770 at minimum. You should also look into a h77 motherboard because an h61 board will require a bios update to support an ivy bridge CPU.

Also, Coolmax are terribly power supplies and will likely fail. Only buy from brands like: Corsair, Antec, XFX, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling.

This is what I would do. You could always drop to an i3 and cheaper MOBO and beef up the GPU to a 7870 for better gaming performance.
