would this be good for "medium" gaming?

i'm planning on making myself a decent build. nothing spectacular just something to occupy me for the next 2-3 years. my plan for the computer is to use it mainly for movies, streaming sports in HD, playing the occasional game etc. nothing stressful.

this is what i had in mind:

Motherboard - ASROCK FM2A55M-VG3

Processor - AMD Athlon II X4 760K, 3800 MHz, Socket FM2 (Turbo 4,1GHz)

GPU - SAPPHIRE ATI Radeon HD7750 OC, 1 GB DDR5, PCI Express

RAM TRANSCEND 2x4 GB DDR3, 1333 MHz, JM1333KLH-4G, bulk, DIMM

so here comes the question, i don't do much gaming on it as i don't have much free time 'cause of uni and work (and also i own a console) and i mostly play sports games which aren't that demanding, BUT my little brother likes to play a little bit of everything and i'm guessing he'd like to try his hand in one of these games surely:

Diablo 3
Watch Dogs
GTA V
COD: Ghost

will he be able to play those games on at least 1366:768 medium-ish settings?

P.S. the budget for the computer is 300€.

Thanks in advance guys, really appreciate the help. :)
