Would this be good psu for my computer?

So my case is coolermaster elite k350 atx and I'm thinking if be quiet! 500w psu would be good for gtx 1060 oc 3gb and would it fit into my case

At 500w, it's plenty big enough to handle a gtx1060 gpu. It's ATX, so yes, it'll fit in an ATX case.

if you are not going to OC your system or multi-GPU, I suppose its fine with 500W, just plug the 6pin power connector to 1060
if you are going to OC or dual-GPU, I might suggest you to get higher, maybe 650W just to be safe,
I tend to get higher PSU just to be safe so I dont have to worry much

Don't take that PSU, rather take from corsair like CX500 (builder),Antec VP-450,SeaSonic G 550 or EVGA supernova 550 GS.

Yeah, no. The beQuiet is better than all those except the Evga GS. The rest are either retired, out of production or replaced for reasons of age
