I am currently shipping a cpu, mb and ram to someone all together, for my packing I first wanted to wrap the mb in newspaper, then wrap the newspaper in bubble wrap and into the box. This shouldnt short anything out right? I am shipping the ram and cpu in the motherboard, also with the cpu cooler. I sadly don't have any anti static bags.

Solution
No. You need something to to slow down the external force; hence bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, and finely-designed plastic packaging. And keep the CPU, motherboard, and cooler separate (unless cooler not attached). Also, it's best if you have anti-static bags.
