Would this build be able to handle CPU Intensive games such as ARMA 3? At medium to Ultra settings?

Would love any suggestion / improvements or just any assistance!
Would prefer ultra graphics but can settle for Medium - Ultra whatever suits it. 60 fps is preferable.
I live in Australia and from the budget on the PC Part picker i can go up about $300.
