Asus makes better motherboards and has better included software, crucial makes a more reliable ssd, seagate 2TB is more reliable and has more storage at $10 more than wd 1tb. Gigabyte makes the same card for 30 less, a case with front panel usb 3.0, semi-modular psu for less, better speakers, upgraded cpu cooler, no need for extra fan
