Whats the difference between the gigabyte gtx770 and the msi? Just price? Or is the msi better quality?

Just the price. the 770s all have the same chips and are clocked similarly. Gigabyte is generally a good brand, same as MSI

Asus makes better motherboards and has better included software, crucial makes a more reliable ssd, seagate 2TB is more reliable and has more storage at $10 more than wd 1tb. Gigabyte makes the same card for 30 less, a case with front panel usb 3.0, semi-modular psu for less, better speakers, upgraded cpu cooler, no need for extra fan
