Would this build work? (Mostly for 3D usage in Maya)

You can remove the startech card, your motherbd choice does not have pci ports nor would that card even perform well if it did. PCI is limited to 133mb/s total bandwidth which is no where near the 2+gb/s that 4 usb3 ports could manage.

Oh thanks there! In that case, if I'd like to get more USB port what should I do? Getting another motherboard?

And other than that, is everything else should work well?
