hi, i am building my first gaming pc and i would like to know if these parts would go together if not please let me know, also can you please tell me what type of fps i would get and roughly what you think the performence would be like.
thanks for your time

CPU - AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core
MOTHERBOARD - ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+
MEMORY - Corsair Vengeance 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600
VIDEO CARD - Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB
WIRELESS CARD - Asus PCE-N15 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1
CASE - BitFenix Merc Alpha (Black) ATX Mid Tower
OPTICAL DRIVE - LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer

total comes to about $510

Solution
I think adding another 4GB of Ram would be beneficial, and you should consider the HD 7870, cheaper and better performance, but nVidia still has it's benefits

OK, so the build should work and also adding another 4gb would that mean getting 2 more 2gb sticks or swapping for 2 x 4gb sticks? thanks for your feedback btw

swap them for 2x4GB

cheers for the advice mate, something else you said swap the 660 for a 7870 which i probably do but what do you think the performance would be like (could you be able to give me a estimate) thanks.

Probably a few fps increase, but you do get free 2 games, and its cheaper

where do i buy it from to get the 2 free games and also what 7870 do i get i was just on PCPARTPICKER and saw about 8 different ones, so which one is it.
