Would this combo work?

Hi guys! I'm thinking about an upgrade from my FX-6300 with 8 GB DDR3 RAM. My question is, would this work (it's a Slovene site):

I did think about the i7 6700k + mobo combo but I can even get RAM for the same money if I choose the i5. If anyone has any noticable mentions about major differences between these CPU's then please let me know.

You can't overclock on that motherboard, so using an i5 6500 may be a cheaper option. The difference in clock speeds wouldn't make a major difference in games.
