Would this CPU bottleneck this GPU?

My little brother has been using a pre-built home PC for a couple years now and is looking for a cheap upgrade to make games Minecraft, Garry's mod and some MMORPGS more playable and fun. I have decided on the R7 250 2GB Sapphire edition graphics card and I'm wondering if the older Pentium dual core e5200 processor that is installed would bottleneck the performance of this card?

if he's playing minecraft that game is a very cpu and ram intensive game. What is his gpu now? If you do go with that 250 I doubt that cpu would bottleneck that gpu.

It will probably be OK, can always drop the resolution to 720p or lower level if it lags. Just buy the best GPU you can afford, bottlenecks are overrated because soon enough you'll be updating the CPU and motherboard
