I'm after a better airflow so im getting 3x 120mm fans for front intake and would like to control the fans via software.

Question: If I use non PWM fans (3pin) and connect all my fans to this: https://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-System-Cables-Black-CPF04/dp/B00VNW556I/ref=sr_1_2?tag=r0f34-20&s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1501791769&sr=1-2&keywords=pwm+fan+hub and the hub to the 4pin header in my motherboard.

Will I be able to control the fan speeds?

As of now my computer has the fans the case came with (3pin) and I seem to be able to control the fans via the motherboard software. Pic= http://i.imgur.com/2WuW0As.png

Thanks.

You wont be able to use that PWM hub for what you are trying to do.
That only supports control via the 4th PWM pin, the current 3 pin fans you have now are being changed via voltage regulation from the motherboard. The hub is not capable of this.

Only PWM fans can be controlled to ramp up or down depending on temperatures. Regular 3-pin fans spin at a set speed. Your BIOS offers options to control fans but no matter what you set that curve to it will not change the RPM of the fan.

Humm thats not correct I think, I can change my fan speed on my 3pin non pwm fans via my motherboard.
