Yes it should. Your power supply can handle it and this thing is low profile. You might want to open the case up first to see if there is room for it though.

Btw whats your full specs for the computer? These cards have the same performance as the Intel HD 4000, so if you have that integrated in your system, there is no reason to buy that.
