Would this HP PC be good for Sims 3?

I want to be able to be Sims 3 smoothly so was wondering if this computer was decent enough or if not, would switching out the graphics card and processor be quite easy with this machine? Thanks in advance

AMD A8-5500 Quad-Core 3.2GHz,
8GB DDR3,
1TB SATA,
Radeon HD 7560D,
Win 8

Seems decent to run it in medium details at least. Anything more you need more GPU power...

I have a HP PC a lot like that one (P7-1234). I run Sims 3 on High with no problems! Looks awesome! Good luck!
