not yet.. I only have something equivalent to 200 usd right now. But will soon have the full amount after some more work this week.

I live in the Philippines, and a GTX 1650 is very rare to appear in stores here... there's only 3 left. I hope they would not be sold out before I could buy one.

I'm also from the philippines, the gpu prices here are ridiculously high.
The 1650 will work on your system no doubt, but if you can wait and save more you can get much better GPU.

RTX cards are out of my budget range right now. Even the cheapest RTX is above 600 usd..

so the best one I could afford is this 1650. Anyway, after I get this.. I won't be buying any GPU for the next three years. :)
and three years from now, hopefully this gpu crisis has ended.

There's a 1660 ti worth 30k pesos in my local fb marketplace, their 1650 sells for 17k pesos.
In three years your 1650 won't be able to play new modern games.
I would suggest saving and get much better GPU but if you can't wait you can buy the 1650, it's really up to you.

that's why after 3 years I would be buying a whole new system + GPU. My i7-2600k would be retired by that time, or if it still works will just be a backup pc.

I always buy from physical stores at the mall, because the warranty is much better. I don't buy something as expensive as a GPU on Facebook, because the seller can just disappear like the wind if a problem happens.
