Would this make a noticeable difference?

Hi, I'm looking at upgrading an ASUS Salmon (K8S-LA) mb and was wondering what advantages other then o/c this would offer. The mb in mind is this one ASUS K8N-E The current mb has a SiS 760 NB and a SiS 964 SB. I'm not looking at upgrading anything else because of funds and the AGP problem. This computer is factory by the way and the BIOS is TIGHTLY locked and offers almost no options. I know it will void my warranty and what not too, so that's not a problem. Thanks.

Current build is:
AMD 754 3300+
GeForce 6800
1024 RAM
SeaSonic PSU

Those do look pretty nice. I'm still looking at the NB and such and seeing if there is a real advantage to it all. Thanks.
