Check this out guys, this memory is listed as Dual-Channel on the official site:

http://www.corsair.com/en/dominator-platinum-with-corsair-link-connector-1-65v-16-gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmd16gx3m4a2400c9.html/

But since it's a kit of 4x4gb, do you think it would run in Quad-channel mode?

Yes.

It's also a huge waste of money. Sandy and Ivy Bridge CPUs have the memory controoler on the CPU itself and show about a 1% gain going over DDR3 1600. The memory controller just does not need and can't use faster RAM. So you are paying 200% more for a 1% gain.
