Would this new gpu fit in my pc?

I recently am upgrading my pc(after upgrading from a r5 200 to a gt 730) I thought of upgrading this pc rather than building one or buying one. It will fit but this one is 90$ after rebate and will give you the same performance basically.

at 150 you can almost afford a gtx 960 which is muchd better than a 750ti
