hi im going to build a gaming pc. I want to run games at medium- high settings and i was wondering is these pc specs would be good enough

Zalman z9 Plus
WD 1TB Caviar Blue
8GB(2x4GB) HyperX 1866mhz
Corsair 550W CX
Asus GTX 750TI

I would get an R9 270 instead of a 750ti. It's better for the same price. But besides that it will run most games on around medium. Some will run on high
