Go this route the 6400 is woefully slow. Likely would have been okay for fallout 4 but would have struggled at newer stuff. No need for the CPU cooler as it comes with one. Saves a few bucks anyway

I was planning to use mods but not huge amounts. Thank you for the help! I'm kinda new to this stuff so I don't know a lot about this stuff. Oh and one more thing, do you have any recommendations for a good monitor for this pc?
