Would This PC Play Everything On Ultra?

This looks like a pretty good price to me but I'm not the smartest in this category.

Yes it would, but I wouldn't waste my money on that powerful of a system to just play at 1080p. You could buy an Intel i5 with a GTX 1060 and play at ultra in 1080p in the majority of games and it would cost you quite a bit less.
