[SOLVED] Would this pci-e cable work?

So a couple months back I moved to another country and I lost all the spare parts and today I upgraded my 1050ti to a 6650xt so I dont have an extra cable. I know that the 6650xt is an 8 pin so would this one work?

It's an adapter cable for a solid 8 pin to a 6+2 pin. It does not fit in the PSU.

What's the brand and model of the PSU?
