With the new Asus TUF Models, i was convinced to buy the FX505DU model, which contained an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H and a GTX 1660ti 6GB DDR5 vRam.

The AMD processor is comparable to the i5-8300H, so wouldn't that bottleneck the GPU a little? (Buying a gaming laptop for the first time so yeah :d thank you!)

It shouldn't bottleneck it, as long as it can reach the Max Boost Clock of 4GHz.
Just ensure it doesn't overheat to get the most out of it.
Note: For CPU-intensive games, you can always lower some settings a bit, but from what I see, you probably won't need to...

Hmm i guess that would make sense. guess i’m just skeptical if this would be somewhat future-proof, but thanks anyways!
