Would this processor throttle my GPU?

Would an AMD A10-8750 processor throttle a GTX 1050 ti 4gb graphics card?

Would it bottleneck the GPU? A cpu cant throttle a GPU. Throttling is a automatic cut back of clocks on a CPU or GPU in order to reduce heat or meet a power target.

In modern CPU heavy titles yes I would expect that CPU to hold back a 1050 ti. But it will depend on the game.

It's a good pairing. The CPU might have issues in some titles, but overall you'll be fine.
